All our guest rooms are private. Choose from a private bathroom, or a shared bathroom. Weekly and residence rates (30 days or more) are also available. For bookings of 7 nights or more, or to inquire about residency, please contact us at info@hotelwillo.com.

Booking for FIFA 2026 (June 12 to July 8, 2026)
Due to overwhelming demand for accommodations during the FIFA period (June 12 to July 9, 2026), the following policies will apply based on the rate selected at the time of booking:
- Non-Refundable Rate: A non-refundable deposit equivalent to the full stay amount, including taxes, will be charged at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation, OR
- Standard Rate: Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged one night’s room rate plus taxes. Reservations cannot be amended, modified, or transferred.
For reservations with arrival dates outside the FIFA period, a 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s room rate plus taxes.
