Check-in time is at 4:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am. 

Upon check-in, guests are required to have their own valid credit card and government issued ID.

Guests must be 19 years of age or older to reserve a room.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, and direct debit are accepted at check-in.

All rates are subject to 21% taxes and fees. This rate is subject to change as per government regulations.

If you arrive early, we'll do our best to check you in if your room is ready. If not, we’re happy to securely store your luggage while you explore the city! 

We will hold the room for you all night even for late arrivals.

We offer complimentary luggage storage for our guests before check-in or after check-out on the same day. 

Please note that overnight storage for bags is not available if you are not a hotel guest. 

Very limited paid parking is available for hotel guests on a first-come, first-served basis in our secure underground lot. There is also paid parking nearby, and we are conveniently located steps away from public transportation.

We also offer free, secure and safe bike parking in our underground area for hotel guests. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at Hotel Willo at this time.

Unless otherwise noted*, all reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your arrival to avoid a fee equal to one night's room rate plus tax.
