  • *Double beds are 53"x79.5" (134.5cm x 202cm) in size.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. 
  • We will hold the room for you all night even for late arrivals. 
  • Unless otherwise noted, all reservations are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy to avoid a cancellation equal to one night's room and tax.

  • VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DIRECT DEBIT are accepted for payment at time of check in.  
  • Upon check-in, guests are required to have their own valid credit card and government issued ID.
  • All rates are subject to 21% taxes and fees. This rate is subject to change as per government regulations.
  • Guests must be 19 years of age or older to reserve a room. 
  • Check-in is 4:00PM. Check-out time is at 11:00AM on your departure day. 
  • *A valid ID is required to receive a senior rate and the YW/YMCA membership card is required to receive a YW/YM member rate; offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver) is still a social enterprise hotel.  
  • ALL travellers are welcome—women, men, families, and groups. You do not need a YWCA or YMCA membership.
  • Our rates are in Canadian dollars. 
  • We have complimentary luggage storage services for our hotel guests before your room is ready or for the day if you have checked out. 
  • Free, secure and safe bike parking is located within our underground parking area.
  • Very limited parking is available first-come-first-serve in a secure underground lot for hotel guests for $30.00 (including tax) per night. There is also ample parking nearby. 
  • Temporary parking for check-ins are available in the lane behind the hotel, it is labelled — “5-minute parking”. 

Sorry, but

  • We do not have dormitory-style accommodations.
  • Storage for your bags overnight is unavailable if you are not a guest in the hotel.
  • We do not have a full-service restaurant; however dozens of restaurants are on our block and down the street.
  • We do not provide breakfast, but there are two large guest kitchens available for our guests to prepare their meal. 
  • Sorry, we currently do not allow pets in Hotel Willo.
